Peacefully, on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, at age 88. Donald Lane of Oshawa, beloved husband of 65 years to Mary (nee Pearce). Loved father of Terry and his wife Heather of Oshawa. Loving grandpa of Jennifer. Dear brother of Florence (deceased), Evelyn (deceased), Ethel (deceased), Stuart, Stanley (deceased), Verna (deceased), Wesley, Roy, Helen, Glady (deceased), Bill (deceased), Eric, Ross, and Margaret Rose (deceased). The Family of Donald Lane will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Thursday, April 7th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. followed by a reception in the Heritage Room of the funeral home.
