Peacefully, with family by his side on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto, at age 78. Patrick Duffy, beloved husband of the late Vonnie (nee Sampson). Loved father of Randy (Kim Hadlow) and Darlene Duffy-Wadien (Brian Hyland). Loving grandfather of Kyle, Connor, Julia, Ryan and Owen and great grandfather of Jaxson.
