I worked with Glenna in the early days at the CIBC. When a teller didn’t balance we had to stay and find the difference before we went home, Glenna was always patient with us her being the employee with the seniority, and she would order us food from Emiel’s next door, and pick it up and make sure we all got what we ordered. It cost the bank more for dinner for us all then it would of to write off the difference. Glenna was the mother hen, never got angry and always had a kind word and smile for you. Glenna will be missed dearly, and one of the few women I know that was born a lady.
