Peacefully, on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at the Markham Stouffville Hospital, at age 62. Rick Tapper of Port Perry, beloved husband of Sue (nee Madden). Loved brother-in-law of Lynne, Allan, Karen (John Macavelia), Anne and David. He will be missed by all of his support workers who looked after him for years.
