Obituary of Victoria Leigh McWhirter

It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Victoria Leigh McWhirter (nee Faint), on Friday, March 26, 2021. She will be forever missed by her children, Lindsay, Darcie, and Angus, her grandchildren, Grace and Lauren, as well as her sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. For many years Mom was a dedicated member of the Scugog Animal Shelter, devoting heart and soul to the animals she rescued and fostered. She always reminded us that the animals brought out the best in their human companions. At the present time, there will be no service. In the months ahead, there will be a celebration of Victoria’s life remembering what she brought to all of us.
