I don't know what led me to find Jeff's obituary online but I am shocked and saddened.
Haven't seen Jeff since the high school years but he stands out in my memories of those years.
His humor, zest for life and generosity, I will always remember.
My condolences to family and friends!

I'm very saddened to hear of the passing of my longtime friend Jeff. Jeff and I met in high school 50 years ago and shared many adventures and events growing up in Brampton and beyond. I still tell stories to this day, and make references to a lot of wild and silly escapades that I did in my youth. It is without any exaggeration most of those stories were with the companionship, and most likely instigated by Jeff.
I'm not surprised and am glad to hear that Jeff will be laid to rest in Peterborough. He always referenced his family roots, historical ties and attachment to that city.
To Traci and Jamie. Although too short, I believe Jeff enjoyed a great "Koala-T" of life.
I'm sure you'll both continue to make Jeff proud.

I was very sad to hear the terrible news about Jeff's passing. A friend for over 30 years. I was lucky enough to share Jeff's love / hate relationship with golf, either while playing golf or talking golf. We would talk about our families, of course golf, our jobs, and most importantly we would talk about life. I will miss our talks. My heart goes out to Tracy and Jaimie. Dave Karpinski

I thought we had some more time to catch up or to go for our regular cheesy, greasy burger or breakfast lunch. You always had such a positive spin. But this spin wasn't expected.
When we talked about your bucket list, I honestly feel you filled it and check it already, because you had what you love the most, your wife and your daughter. And the dog...
You are one of the good ones. Great values and great friend.
My bucket list instead is with a pending check mark. I still want to have at least our last meal. I will honoured it and you will know it will be for you.
My friend, I will miss your sense of humour. Keep on having fun!

It is with the deepest sadness that we heard of Jeff's passing. Although we did not see each other over the last years he will always live in our hearts and be an inspiration as he embodied all that is good in us. A deep loyalty and love of those close to him are just a couple of attributes that I always admired in him. That and his off beat sense of humour! Tbe many (miss)adventures shared with Jeff will always bring a smile and a laugh in the days to come. A true friend and loving family man. We offer our deepest sympathies to both Tracy and Jamie in this difficult time. The world is truly a poorer place without Jeff in it. RIP our dear friend.

Jeff was a business associate for many years and then a partner in business. Jeff was always a very good friend, a companion on the golf course and at the odd casino - may all your cards be straight flushes and golf games be holes in one. Rest in peace buddy.
Our condolences go out to Tracy, Jaimie and family. Andy & Pauline Shea

My friend for 40 years. Did a lot of foolish things together. He would often visit after he had been to see Pat, as we lived in Brampton then. Jeff was about twice as handy as he gave himself credit for, and thanks to Jim, knew a lot about tools. My one and only experience with tequila was with Jeff in Norval. We played pinball, golf and poker - he loved them all. Jeff would give you the shirt off his back and help with any project. What a guy. RIP my friend

Jeff is one of those characters that everyone hopes to have in their lives - a fiercely loyal friend, a practical joker, a warped sense of humour, consummate professional, cheerleader for the underdog and most of all a family man who adored the ladies in his life: Tracy and Jaimie.
I met Jeff through his work as a printer - he help me grow and sustain my publishing company through his creative input and timely deliveries. We became quick friends, as I can recognise a worthy character when I meet one! Over the years Jeff would come to our company fun(ctions), we met regularly for extended lunches where the conversation was usually hilarious and if I wanted to get Jeff going, I'd ask him about teachers, Kathleen Wynn or Justin Jagger-Trudeau and watch the fireworks (LOL)!!
Every year we would buy expensive seats to an afternoon Blue Jays game and send Tracy pictures to make her jealous. We'd eat bad food and drink expensive beers. After the last one we went too, we continued the party at Steam Whistle, and then I watched as Jeff poured himself into a cab for the short trip to Jaimie's place - sorry if he wasn't much company after that outing :-)
In closing I'm very thankful for the time I had with Jeff, he met my family, and became a friend to my daughter and took her boyfriend golfing - who does that??? Jeff... One time when we were out, Jeff and I went to Canadian Tire for something and we both bought 'Ove'Gloves (Jeff phone Tracy to see if they were a good price), so now every time I cook, I'll remember Jeff and the fact that a random act of buying a simple product can be an adventure with right person.
To Tracy and Jaimie - thanks for sharing <3

It is with extreme sadness that we heard of Jeff's passing. Our condolences to Tracy and Jaimie, the loves of his life. Also condolences to Pat and Rick, his mom and brother.
Jeff was a long-time friend to both Brenda and I going back as far as high school. We will miss his sense of humour, views of the world and great friendship. I will particularly miss the dinner and movie nights we shared where we had an opportunity to catch-up on our activities and share information about our families.
May Jeff rest in peace.
