I have wonderful memories of working with Les. In the late 1980’s, Les and Noel were my Supervisors In the building and plumbing section of the Town of Whitby. This was absolutely the highlighted time of my whole career there (1986-2019). Les and Noel were always very upbeat and that made for a very happy working environment for myself, Teresa and all the Building & Plumbing Inspectors.
