Laurel & Paula,
We are so very sorry to have heard of your Mom’s passing. She was a wonderful lady. Dad used to go into the Pink Dot every August and December, have your Mom choose a bunch of new clothes for Mom and wrap them up so beautifully. Your Mom knew exactly what my Mom would like.
Your Mom taught our girls to sew all those years ago - I think they were 6 and 9 when they started. They couldn’t wait to go to Mrs. Price’s house for their sewing lessons. Your Mom would give them after school snacks and drinks and they’d sew and chatter away. I think she loved it as much as our girls did.
We hope your memories will help you through your sorrow. We will always remember your Mom with love. Diane & Miles

Laurel and family,
I was so very sad to hear of your family's loss. I think of Mrs. Price often and remember, with great fondness, the many afternoons after school I spent with her in her sewing room, learning how to sew. Your mom’s kindness, patience, support, and love shaped me as a person, and her name and the many memories and stories of our time together still cross our dinner table regularly.
Just yesterday, I was working on a dance costume for my own daughter’s upcoming recital, and when I showed my mom, the first thing she said was, “Mrs. Price would be so proud of you!” She was a pillar in our community and a wonderful, talented woman. I am so lucky I got to share some time with her all those years ago.
I hope you all find comfort in the wonderful memories you share and the many people whose lives she touched.
Thinking of you all during this sad time.

Our deepest sympathy on the passing of your Mom. She will be missed so much.
Your Mom was just like a big sister to me. I will miss her a lot even though we didn’t see each other that often, she was thought of often. We appreciated all her help with Dad in his later years especially as we were all away.
