Peacefully, after a short illness on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Bowmanville, at age 83. Bruce Aikins of Nestleton, beloved husband of Kathleen “Kath” (nee Gammage). Loved father of Stephen Aikins and Terry Aikins and his wife Jennifer. Loving grandfather of Andrew and Graham.
The Family of Bruce Aikins will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985‑2171) on Tuesday, October 28th from 1 – 2 p.m. A Service to Celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region.
