Obituary of Colleen Grace Mokrzewski
Peacefully, with her family by her side on Monday, April 13, 2026 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Bowmanville, at age 60. Colleen Mokrzewski (nee Trudel), dearly loved mother of Christopher (Holly), Jacqueline, and Nicholas (Lara). Loving daughter of Noreen and her late husband Bill Middlemiss (2025). Dear sister of Paul Trudel and his wife Karen and aunt of Raymond, Patrick and Erin. Loved niece of Pauline Pavlik, and cousin of Cathy Pavlik and her husband Tim Griffen, and Lara and Merril Mitchell. Predeceased by her father Raymond Trudel (1983) and her husband Jacek Mokrzewski.
The Family of Colleen Mokrzewski will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry on Monday, April 20th from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
