Obituary of Charles Wilson

CHARLES ALFRED "CHUCK" WILSON ~ (WWII Veteran R.C.A.F. and Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #419 Port Perry) ~ Peacefully, on Thursday, June 17, 2010, at the Scarborough Hospital, at age 89. Charles Wilson of Carnegie Beach on Scugog Island, beloved husband of the late Elsie (nee Barsotta). Loved father of Marlene and her husband Don Short of Waterdown, and Bob Wilson and his wife Joan of Toronto. Loving grandfather of Ken, Debbie, Cheryl and her husband Tony Waldriff, Brad and his wife Sandi Bubnic, Kristina and her husband Barry Donnelly, and great grandfather of Kyle, Kaitlynn, Athena, George Michael, Mason, Ciera, Keane, and Ronan. Dear brother of Bill Wilson and his wife Lorrie. Charles will also be missed by his nieces and nephews and many friends. The family of Charles Wilson will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Sunday, June 20th from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Monday, June 21st at 11 a.m. Interment Thornton Cemetery, Oshawa.
