STACEY-LEIGH ELIZABETH DOWSON Suddenly, while on vacation in Barcelona, Spain with her lifelong best friend Patti Vanderwater-Timms on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at age 41. Stacey (nee Hogel), beloved wife of Bill Dowson of Port Perry. Loving mother of Jessica, Khrystyne and Payton Dowson. Daughter-in-law of Mary Lea and the late Jack Dowson of Port Perry. Sister of Tammy, Melissa and Jacqueline. Daughter of Stephanie Higgott of Lakefield and David Hogel of Oshawa. Step-Daughter of Graham Higgott.
