JEFFREY MICHAEL MOORE ~ Peacefully, on Monday, November 15, 2010 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, at age 27. Jeff Moore of Port Perry, beloved husband of Lynn. Loving son of Larry and Penny Moore, and loved brother of John Moore, all of Port Perry. Dear cousin of Nancie Richard and Billy Edwards. Also missed by his Aunt Gail, Uncle Paul & Aunt Sheila, his great great Uncle Maurice & Aunt Sandy, and the rest of his extended family and friends. The family of Jeff Moore will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Thursday, November 18th from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to Celebrate his Life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
