Obituary of Geraldine "Gerri" McClurg

Peacefully, on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Spencer House in Orillia, at age 94. Geraldine (nee Bursey), beloved wife of the late Thomas McClurg (1988). Loved mother of Bill Bursey and Betty French both in Newfoundland, Carol Hobbs (Ed) of Orillia, Gail Feller (Philip) of New York and Jim McClurg (Sharon) of Scarborough. Loving grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 16. Survived by her sister Mona and she was predeceased by 6 brothers and 2 sisters. The family of Geraldine McClurg will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Monday, January 2nd from 12 - 1 p.m. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 1 p.m. with Reverend Brent Stiller officiating.
