Obituary of Ruby Short

RUBY MARGARET SHORT Peacefully, on Saturday, January 24, 2009, at the Community Nursing Home in Port Perry, at age 87. Ruby (nee McCoy, beloved wife of the late Cliff Short of Seagrave. Loved mother of Sharyn and her husband Garry Twiner of Latchford, and Shirley and her husband Vernon Gilson of Gilson's Point. Loving grandmother of Kevin (Rose), Laura (Scott), Colin (Amy), Rozalyn and Iris (Bryan), and great grandmother of Grace, Cody and Dylan. Dear sister of Marjorie Jackson and the late Bruce McCoy. The family of Ruby Short will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985 2171) on Friday, January 30th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, January 31st at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
