Obituary of Nancy Anne MacMillan
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Nancy Anne MacMillan (nee Kight). Nancy passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 87. Dearly loved wife of the late Gordon Hugh MacMillan of Port Perry. Loving mother of Matthew MacMillan (Dianne) of Port Perry, and Susanna MacMillan (Hal) of Orillia. Loved Nana of Miles and Owen MacMillan. Dear sister of the late James Kight and his wife Ricarda. She will also be missed by her many close friends and neighbours. Nancy was a school teacher as well as a member of many groups including her book clubs, coffee clubs and church groups, in Port Perry as well as Cedar Key Florida.
The family of Nancy MacMillan will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985‑2171) on Monday, October 16th from 6 – 8 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, October 17th at 10:30 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
