Obituary of Gerald Dyer

GERALD GORDON "JERRY" DYER (Retired teacher of Langstaff Secondary of Richmond Hill, and Thornhill Secondary School, Avid Historian and Genealogist) Peacefully, on Sunday, August 5, 2012, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Bowmanville, at age 82. Jerry Dyer of Nestleton, beloved husband of Delaine (nee Roberts). Loving father of Kenneth Andrew and his with Louise of Aurora, and Kathryn Dyer of Ajax. Loved grandpa of Michael, Collin, and Cameron. Special thank you to the staff of Lakeridge Health Bowmanville "Continuing Care Unit", for the wonderful care they gave Jerry. The family of Jerry Dyer will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985 2171) on Wednesday, August 8th from 10 to 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Reverend Linda Saffrey officiating.
