Obituary of Alexa Alberta McMillan

ALEXA ALBERTA McMILLAN ~ Suddenly, on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 91. Alexa (nee Stone), beloved wife of the late Gordon McMillan of Port Perry (2001). Loving mother of Dave McMillan and his wife Donna of Oro Station, and Ron McMillan and his wife Janet of Guelph. Loving grandmother of Glen McMillan and his wife Theresa, Hailey and her husband Rick van der Valk, Ryan McMillan, and Denise McMillan and her partner Melody MacKenzie and great grandmother of Sam and Andrew McMillan, and Abby van der Valk. Alexa was predeceased by her sisters Ruth Strong and Mildred Rodd. The family of Alexa McMillan will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, November 4th from 3 – 6 pm. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, November 5th at 2 p.m. Interment McNeil Cemetery, Wick.
