KATHLEEN ROSE "KAY" MOORE (A long time member of the Cottage Hospital Auxiliary in Uxbridge, and she was very involved in Girl Guides and Scouts Canada.) Peacefully, on Sunday, October 7, 2007 at her home in Port Perry, at age 92. Kay (nee Lawrence), beloved wife of the late Charles Smith and the late George Moore. Loved mother of Christine Smith of Scugog Island and the late David Smith. Loving grandmother of Holly and her husband Terry Hand, Clayton Smith, Leah and her husband Mike Beevor, Darlene Smith-Munro and great grandmother of Amber, Brook, Jordyn, Zachary, Dylan, Emmalee and great great grandmother of Haileigh. Survived by her brother Charles Lawrence and her nephew Rob Lawrence as well as many other nieces and nephews. The family of Kay Moore will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, October 9th from 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, October 10th at 11 a.m. with Reverend Andrew Allison officiating.
