BASIL FRANCIS BARKER ~ Peacefully, on Saturday, August 11, 2012, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 80. Basil Barker of Port Perry, beloved husband of Doreen (nee Aubin). Loving father of Deborah and her husband Gary Lane of Port Perry, and Wayne Barker and his wife Monica of Little Britain. Loved grandfather of Kelly of Port Perry, Erine and her husband Jody of Lindsay, Katrina and her husband Sean McClure of Manchester, and Joleen Barker of Little Britain. Great grandfather of Tyler, Tanner and Savannah. Dear brother of Allan, Charlie, and Marlene Lamoth and he was predeceased by his sisters Bernice Kennedy, and Ella McDonald. The family of Basil Barker will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985 2171) on Friday, August 17th from 10 to 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
