Obituary of Phillip George Walters

PHILLIP GEORGE WALTERS Peacefully, on Wednesday, January 3, 2007, at his home in Guelph, 4 days before his 70th birthday. Phillip Walters, beloved husband of Betty (nee Osmond). Loved father of Peter Walters and his wife Sarah of Brooklin, and stepfather of Hubert Messervey of Guelph. Loving grandfather of Ian and Kenya. Dear brother of Herman and Marian both of London, England, Dorette of Miami, Florida, Malvia of Spanish Town , Jamaica, and Mary of Long Island, New York. Phillip will also be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. The Family of Phillip Walters will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, January 5th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, 1680 Reach Street in Port Perry on Saturday, January 6th at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dean Bursey officiating. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Brooklin Village Church Building Fund.
