"Little Francis" To me he was always Little Francis..one of my many memories is when I would babysit him, he was such a bratty little boy (lol) I would tell him not to do something and he would turn..stand there looking right at me with this devilish grin on his face and do it anyway, then he would run around the house or out in the yard and make faces yelling you can't catch me..then he grew up and found there were many challenges. Now "little Francis" you have no more challenges to face. You can be happy and at peace with your Mom,Dad and daughter. Tell my Uncle Francis I saw the deer, he'll know what I mean. be happy and rest in peace love your cousin Bobby Ann

Frank, you were the love of my life for many years and we shared a beautiful little girl together. Even though she only graced our lives for a very short while, it created a bond between us that no-one or nothing could erase. Even though we lost touch with one another i know that we were always in each others hearts. You were a very loving and gentle man and the years we spent together will never be forgotten. My love always and forever.....Cindy. Give our little girl a big hug and kiss for me.

A family friend from years ago.... life sure goes by so fast and we go about our days that go by. When I just learned of Francis passing a flood of memories just invaded me and brings smiles to my face. Francis to me was a kind gentle man and although I havent seen him in many years, I know he would have brought that smile to his face and we would have talked like it was 1982 all over again. Tamie you are in my thoughts may you be strong in this time of sadness and always remember he will be with you. My condolences to all the family .... Donna

Tamie, My most sincere condolences to you and your family. Unfortunately, I know all too well the pain of losing a brother. Too young, too soon and too painful. My thoughts are with you in this time of loss. Russ.
