It is so sad to see the death announcement of "Ed". I saw him many a Friday at Coffee-time on Rossland and Stevenson. I am an Educational Assistant at Paul Dwyer and we would take our special needs students over on Friday mornings for coffee and donuts. We often talked, and he even gave some money to buy our special needs students "treats". I am sure I speak for all of our Educational Assistants in saying how sad this news is to us and how much we will miss his very cheerful disposition and his kindness. God bless and may he rest is peace. Sue

Please accept my sincerest condolences. I am always saddened when someone dies, although they are at peace, we still miss them very much. Jesus Wept just before he resurrected Lazarus. What comforts me the most is the promises Jesus made of a resurrection (john 11:25) and of Seeing them again and Living Forever with our loved ones, in Paradise (John 3:16,36; Psalm 37:29) (luke 23:43). What also comforts me is that these promises may also comfort your family as well. Blessed are those who mourn, since they will be comforted (math5:40; 2Cor1:3,4).
