BERNICE PALMER Peacefully, on Monday, October 29, 2007 at West Shore Village in Port Perry, at age 71. Bernice (nee Dowson), beloved wife of the late Garnet Palmer of Oshawa. Loved mother of Penny and her husband Jamie McFarlane of Courtice, and Jay Palmer and his wife Bern of Oshawa. Loving grandmother of Tyson and Alison. Dear sister of Edna (deceased) and her husband Harry DeShane (deceased), Ora and her husband Owen Reader (deceased), Bob Dowson and his wife Mary, Jeanne and her husband Neil McNulty, Doris and her husband Malcolm MacMillan, and Jack Dowson (deceased) and his wife Mary Lea. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. The family of Bernice Palmer will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Thursday, November 1st from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Friday, November 2nd at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
