Obituary of Verna Charlotte Slute

Peacefully, on Thursday, July 2, 2015, at Fairview Lodge in Whitby, at age 91. Verna (nee Coates), beloved wife of the late Leonard Slute. Loved mother of John, Grant, and Susan and her husband Dan Cosburn. Loving grandmother of JJ, Julie, Laurie and Ryan Slute and Lynsey Cosburn and great grandmother of Jaelyn, Lane and Jessica. The family of Verna Slute will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Monday, July 6th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
