Suddenly, on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, at age 54. Dale Winters of Raglan, beloved husband of Lois (nee Northey). Father of Cailin Winters of Halifax. Loved brother of Darryl Winters of Edmonton. Predeceased by his parents Jerry and Patricia Winters and his sister Debbie Winters.
