Obituary of Marjorie Grace Bruce

(Retired from General Motors, Oshawa. An avid gardener and a very active community volunteer for many years.) Passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the Lakeridge Health Centre, in Port Perry, at age 87. Marjorie Bruce, loved daughter of the late Edith and Alvin Bruce of Seagrave. Beloved sister of Ivan Bruce and his late wife Joan, the late Morley Bruce and his wife Lola, the late Helen Clarke and her husband Dell. Loving Aunt of Lloyd Bruce (Sheila both deceased), Bob Bruce (Ellen), Donna (Don Harper), Joyce (Doug) Larmer, Dianne, (Tony Ritter) Cheryl Koekman (David), Wayne Bruce (Vicki), and Guy Latreille. Cherished by her many great nieces and nephews, The family of Marjorie Bruce will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Sunday, December 30th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Monday, December 31st at 11 a.m. with Reverend Dr. John Sullivan officiating.
