MARY LAVERTY AKED Peacefully, on Sunday, July 6, 2008, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 80. Mary (nee McNerlin), beloved wife of the late Patrick Aked and the late James Tughan. Loving mother of Harry Tughan and his wife Cheryl of Port Perry. Loved grandmother of Katrina and her husband Mark Groulx of London, Stacy and her husband Jeff Lott of Omemee, and Michael Tughan and his wife Nicole of Courtice and great grandmother of Meghan and Tyler Groulx, Mallory, Kylie and Cassidy Lott, and McKenna, Emma and Abby Tughan. Dear sister of Joseph McNerlin and his wife Mary of Belfast, N. Ireland. Mary was predeceased by her sisters Charlotte Lambe, Jean Evans and her brothers William and Robert McNerlin. Godmother of Francesca Camillo of England. The family of Mary Aked will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Thursday, July 10th from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
