Obituary of Robert Gerald Jackson

ROBERT GERALD JACKSON ~ Peacefully, on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the Community Nursing Home in Port Perry, at age 79. Gerald Jackson of Port Perry, beloved husband of Emelda (nee Benoit). Loving father of Kathryn and her husband Martin Klinger of Aurora, Elaine McKean and her husband Gary Lane of Emsdale, Carol Jackson of Oshawa, Carmen and her husband Dan Evans of Oshawa, Yvonne Jackson-Klatt and husband Eric Klatt of Port Perry and Robert Jackson and his wife Kathy of Jackson’s Point. He will be missed by his 13 grandchildren and his 2 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Harley Jackson and his wife Shirley, Alan Jackson, Marilyn Jackson, and Cliff Jackson and his wife Judy. The family of Gerald Jackson will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, January 24th from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1710 Scugog Street (Hwy 7A) in Port Perry on Tuesday, January 24th at 11 a.m. with Father Peter Lackmanec officiating.
