Obituary of Archie MacMaster

ARCHIBALD "ARCHIE" MacMASTER ~ (Veteran WW II) Peacefully, on Monday, April 27, 2009, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 90. Archie MacMaster of Port Perry, beloved husband of the late Marion (nee Brent) for 56 years. Loving father of Susanne and her husband Gordon Werner of Plano, Texas, Mary Lynne MacMaster of Toronto and Betty and her husband Jack Bright of Port Hope. Loved grandfather of Christopher Werner and his wife Brandie, David Werner & Carrie Aldridge, Will Bright and his wife Christa, and Adam Bright and great Papa of Grace, Caleb, Isaiah and William. Archie was predeceased by his brothers Campbell, Gordon and Glenn. The family of Archie MacMaster will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Wednesday, April 29th from 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, April 30th at 11 a.m. with Reverend Sandy Beaton officiating. Private interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
