Obituary of Stephen William Martin

STEPHEN WILLIAM MARTIN ~ Passed away peacefully, on Wednesday February 15, 2012, at Lakeridge Health Port Perry. Predeceased by his loving wife Rachel, Steve will be forever missed by his two daughters, Julie Hilson and Kimberly (Jim) Walker, and his three granddaughters, Shelby, Jenna and Kaylyn Hilson. Steve lived his 79 years to the fullest. He moved to Collingwood from Scotland in his twenties and raised a family here – never forgetting his Scottish roots or the family that will miss him dearly from far away. Steve was a long-time member of the Collingwood Curling Club and Collingwood Lawn Bowling Club, and enjoyed a good game of golf. He was a caring, fun loving man with a huge heart who will be missed by many. A service will be held for Steve this April in Collingwood with details to be announced.
