Obituary of Ray Bruce Munro

Peacefully, in his sleep, at his home, on Thursday, April 5, 2018, in his 97th year. Ray Munro, beloved husband for 74 years of Dorothy (nee Graham). Loving father of Ross (Marilyn) Munro, Helen (George Johnson), Betty (Len Somerville), Susanne (Laverne Delore). Dear Poppa of Gary, Edward (deceased), Elizabeth, Leanne, Heather, Dan, Melody-Anne, Matthew, Stephen, and Rebecca and Great Poppa of 10 great grandchildren. He will also be missed by a special foster daughter, Marlene Armstrong. Ray was a long time farmer on the Munro Century Farm in Epsom. The family of Ray Munro will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Wednesday, April 11th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Breadalbane Cemetery, Utica.
