Obituary of Hazel Margaret Brooks
Peacefully on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Regency Manor in Port Hope, at age 96. Hazel Brooks (nee Parker), beloved wife of the late Fred Brooks. Loved mother of Robert (Leslie) and Garth (Sue). Loving grandmother of Daryl (Christy), Kandace, and Carrie Jean, and great grandmother of Alexander, Paisley, Logan, and Angelica. Predeceased by her parents Elroy and Althea Parker, and 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Loving aunt of Ron Parker (Shirley). Dear friend of Joan Barclay. Hazel will be missed by her numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Special thank you to the staff of Regency Manor for their care of Hazel.
The family of Hazel Brooks will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Wednesday, May 9th from 6 - 8 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, May 10th at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation.
