Obituary of Richard Van Camp

Peacefully, at Port Perry Hospital on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018, in his 88th year. A farmer and neighbour, who will be missed in the Blackstock Community. He is lovingly remembered by his family.

Husband of Ruby (deceased), Brother of Rev. Doreen Van Camp (deceased), Father & Grandfather of Louise & Jeff Carroll (Anna, Sophie), Lois & Glenn McLeod (Cheryl, Beverly, Shaun), Lawrence & Jan Van Camp (Anthony, Corey), Brian (deceased) & Maggie Van Camp (Nate, Matthew, Kate), and Jill & Michael Davidson (Jonah, Gwendolyn). Fondly remembered by friend Carol Thornton.

 

The Family of Richard Van Camp will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, December 7th from 6 – 9 p.m. and on Saturday, December 8th at the Blackstock United Church from 1 - 2 p.m. followed by a service in the Church at 2 p.m. with Reverend Jennifer Uhryniw officiating. Interment Cartwright Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Foodgrains Bank or Blackstock United Church would be appreciated.
