Scott, Todd and Lee,
We can not express our sympathies enough to all of you. What a tough year!
Carol was a wonderful person, neighbour, neighbourhood watch (LOL), and friend (even more so while she was ill and we were able to help out). I miss our chats as she called me in when I was delivering her mail.
Utica will not be the same without both Hilly and Carol across the street.

Sending my heartfelt sympathies to the Wilbur family at this sad time. Carol was was the best. She could sew like no other. I still have my barbie doll clothes she made over 50 years ago. Growing up next door I thought of her as a second mother. She will be missed.

Words cannot express how sorry I am for all of your loss of Carol...the best Mom Grandma Mother-in-Law and sister anyone could ever ask for. What a wonderful amazing lady she was. Always there for her family and the best friend a girl like me could ever ask for. Anyone could go to Carol for guidance and help and she would always be there for you. Knowing that Hilly and Carol are together again is some comfort. Carol told me before she left that all she wanted was facebook in heaven so she could check on her boys...sounds like Carol aye.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all and take care of yourselves as that is what Carol would want.
