Obituary of Ronald Douglas Rowntree

Peacefully, on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 72. Ronald Rowntree of Port Perry, beloved husband of Joanne (nee Quan) and the late Renee (nee Wallace). Loved father of Heather, Derrick and Craig and step-father of David and Stephanie. Loving grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of two. Dear brother of Gary (Terry), Randy (Carol) and the late Glen. Predeceased by his parents Norman and Marjorie Rowntree.

A gathering to Celebrate Ron’s life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #419, 484 Bay Street in Port Perry on Saturday, June 8th from 1 – 5 p.m.  Private interment Pine Grove Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation or the Oak Ridges Hospice.
