Obituary of Rita Millicent Prokopchuk

Peacefully, on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Toronto General Hospital at age 89. Rita (nee Heatherington) beloved wife of the late George Jonah (1982), the late Walter Ormiston (1984), and William Prokopchuk(2010). Loving mother of Shelia Jonah and her husband  John Drajewicz of Toronto, and Claude Jonah and his wife Sandra of Seagrave. Loved grandmother of Michael  Drajewicz and Natalie Drajewicz, Jamie and her husband Joseph Morris, and Joshua Jonah and his wife Dawn. Great grandmother of Avery, Abbie, Joey, Cash, Cora, Kellen and Briana.  Dear sister of Ruby  and her husband Cleo Ouellette (deceased).

The family of Rita Prokopchuk will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, February 18, from 10 – 11 a.m.  A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Orono Cemetery.
