Obituary of Peter John Rombough
CAPTAIN PETER JOHN ROMBOUGH
of the Oshawa Fire Department
Suddenly, but peacefully at his home in Port Perry on Thursday, February 24, 2022, after a battle with cancer. Peter Rombough, beloved husband of Linda (nee Sellick). Loving father of Carrie-Anne Atkins, Carla Marie Lee, Ward Rombough, Dwayne Marrison, and Colleen Rombough. Peter will be missed by his grandchildren Jacob, Katelynn, Carter, Connor, Liam, Elsa, Bryauna, and Luca. He is survived by his brothers Jim, Terry, and Bob. Peter devoted 36 years to the Oshawa Fire Department. His hard work paid off, and he became Captain. He loved to travel, and spent winters in Florida with his loving wife.
The family of Peter Rombough will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Saturday March 5, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel.
