Obituary of Eugene LaBrie

Peacefully, in his beloved country home in Columbus, Eugene passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at age 102. Eugene LaBrie, beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee King) for 62 years. Deeply loved by his family and children Marilyn Kinnear (Rick), Catherine LaBrie, John LaBrie (Kimi), Michelle LaBrie, and Charmaine LaBrie (Paul). Treasured grandad of Renee Conroy (Michael), Kayla Vassos (Brian), Sophia LaBrie, Christina LaBrie and great-grandad of Raya. An esteemed friend to many, Eugene will be greatly missed in his community for his kind soul, profound knowledge and distinct personality.

Friends and family are welcome to attend visitation at his home, 407 Howden Road West, Oshawa on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 2 – 7 p.m. A private family service will be held at the Pioneer Baptist Cemetery, Whitby.
