IRA DAVID WILSON CARR (Member of Fidelity Lodge #428 AF & AM) Courageously, after a short struggle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), on Friday, March 15, 2002, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 73. Ira Carr of Port Perry, beloved husband of Margaret (nee Leask). Loved father of John Carr, Robert Carr, Jayne and her husband Tim Kane, and Paul Carr and his wife Laura. Loving grandpa of Adam and Michael Carr, Taylor Kane and Jarett Ira Carr. Dear brother of Ralph Carr and his wife Evelyn of PEI, and the late Evelyn Carter. He will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends will be received at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905 985-2171) on Sunday from 2 �" 4 and 7 �" 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Ira Carr will be held in the Chapel on Monday, March 18th at 11 a.m. with Reverend Robert Le Page officiating.
