Sharon was very kind, generous and funny. She was such a lovely hostess, always making time for us when we visited home with a pot of tea, delicious goodies, which usually included our favorite ~ Mars Bar Squares, and good company with much laughter.
Her bigheartedness was shown in how she thought of others. She was especially good to mom, May, always taking time to visit her and ensuring she was invited and included in all family gatherings. A favorite memory is when Sharon hosted a lovely bridal shower for us many years ago, always the perfect hostess. Sharon will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with family.

If ever there was an angel to walk this earth, our dear Sharon was that person.
She was more than a daughter-in-law/ sister-in-law to us. She was that person that always kept in touch. The one who’s fierce family loyalty was indestructible. We felt her love from afar, as though she was right here by our side.
Even though we live miles apart, she was always so dear to our hearts. She always had time to listen, and time to give and share, and her words and actions conveyed how much she cared.
Family is where she drew her strength and left her legacy. What a wonderful lesson she taught us. Keep that which is most important in focus.
We were in awe of her courage, tenacity, and resilience. You only had to talk to her to know she found something to love in everyone.
We feel like we still had so much left to talk about and share with one another. Sharon held a special place in each of our hearts that can never be replaced, but will always be remembered with great love.
Our minds still talk to you and our hearts still look for you, but our soul knows you’re at peace.
You will be in our hearts forever,
With Love,
Mom and Dad West & Karen West

So sad to hear of Sharon's passing. I met Sharon when we both started at Bell Canada the same week. We became friends at work as we both had young families and shared many breaks and lunches together. We were of the same "vintage" and got along well. We lost touch over the years but did reconnect a couple of times before the pandemic and it was nice to catch up. My thoughts are with her family & friends........she will be greatly missed.

Sharon has been my best friend for over 30 years and it was such a blessing to know her. We
cherished our friendship and I already miss our daily chats. Sharon was like my sister, we were so close.
In the last several years, she constantly reminded me to make sure I was doing things that bring me joy. Her words of wisdom will stay with me forever.
She was a wise and loving woman.
Her children and grandchildren were the centre of her universe. She loved them so much and they brought her such joy and laughter!
Sharon’s faith sustained her through this long battle and I am so grateful she had that.
Sharon's love touched many people throughout her life and I am so blessed that she was my friend. I’ll miss Sharon more than words can express. Sending love and prayers to all her family and friends.

I met Sharon at Sears. Shortly after, we delivered an awesome presentation and came out of the room hugging each other. At that moment, I knew there was something very special about Sharon. Last June, she reminded me we had been friends for over 40 years. So many great memories, chats, visits, lunches, tea dates, telephone calls, car rides… Her smile lit up a room because it beamed from a warm, loving, and caring heart deep within. Sharon loved her family and had a very special place in heart for her grandchildren. Her faith was such an inspiration and her life was a testament to her beliefs. Thank you for being such a blessing. Will miss you dearly my friend!
Paul, Jenn, Andrew and family, our deepest condolences, hugs, love and prayers,

Our beautiful cousin Sharon was so precious to us. Sharon loved her trips home.
She liked to visit Donaghadee, the North coast and the Mournes.
We also took a trip to Edinburgh and London. Precious memories. Thank God we can look forward to eternity. We will be reunited with our mums and aunts, the McAllister sisters, and our beloved great-aunts.
What a day that will be.

I couldn’t tell you the exact moment Sharon and I met, truthfully it feels like I’ve always known her. She had an energy and a light you couldn’t help but be drawn to and once she was your friend you had a friend for life.
She laughed easily and had a way of making you feel at home. She was always the first to roll up her sleeves and get the job done. But it was her fierceness surrounding family that I’ll remember the most. She was a Matriarch in the truest sense of the word and if she considered you family you were very lucky indeed.
She was walking by my desk one day as I was writing a note and just casually pointed to the note and said “Capital M on Mom”. Quite right. I will miss her greatly.

Sharon was a kind, generous, loving and funny sister-in-law. Each time we spoke on the phone or sent text messages, she always had lots of stories to share. She loved to talk about her family, especially her grandchildren. They kept her busy and she loved it! Family was always so important to her. Sharon, I will miss chatting with you and hearing all about your beloved grand kids. And I will especially miss that very faint "Irish lilt"that never quite went away.
Love always, Kathy & Kevin

What a tragic loss for all Sharon's family and friends. Sharon was an amazing woman and shared her love and kindness with everyone she knew. The strength she showed throughout her life was remarkable. My heart breaks with this loss and for you, her family. She will be missed so much.
The photo is from a trip I took with Sharon out east in 2018. We were having fun with photos. Like many of us Sharon doesn't like her photo taken but this time she had some fun with it. Hope this brings a smile to your face and reminds you of the fun loving side of Sharon.
