Obituary of Ross Neil Stainton

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Ross Neil Stainton. He was taken on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 at Lakeridge Health Port Perry at the young age of 48. Ross was a loving son of Wayne and Daphen Stainton of Port Perry. Loved brother of Vicki and her husband Graham Hoselton of Whitby.  Dear uncle (Uncle Rosh) to Teghan & Tessa Hoselton.  Ross (Rosco) will be treasured by his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many, many friends. His constant laughter and infectious energy will be remembered by all who were in his presence. Ross will always bring joy and continue to be the “life of the party” as he moves into the next stage of his adventure.

The family of Ross Stainton will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985‑2171) on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 2 ‑ 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. A Private Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel. Interment McNeil Cemetery, Wick. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
