Obituary of W. Arthur Powell
Passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at age 83. Arthur Powell, beloved husband of Elinore Powell. Father of James, Debbie (Jeff), and the late Danny. Grandpa of Eric, Cody, Liam, Michael, and great grandpa of Emma, Bentley, and Kayden. Brother of Allan Powell, and Betty Scott. Arthur will be missed by his extended family and friends.
The family of W. Arthur Powell will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Saturday, September 9th from 12 – 2 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, The Uxbridge Fair Board, or Kawartha Antique Power.
