Obituary of Carol Pinkney
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Carol Pinkney (née Egan), on Friday, October 6th, 2023. Carol passed peacefully at the age of 80 at the Lakeridge Heights Retirement Home in Whitby. Beloved wife of the late David “J.D.” Pinkney of Port Perry. Loving mother of Todd Kelly and his wife Kathy and Paul Kelly. Loved grandmother of Rachel, Julie, Robyne and Kayla. She will be remembered fondly by her brothers Jim Smart and his wife Jane, Peter Egan and his wife Marilee, Jack Egan and his wife Wan, her sister Sharon and her husband the late Mike Popowich, and by all of her nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Monday, October 16th from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Food and refreshments will be available following the Service.
