Dear Tracy and Rebecca, Ted, Al, Wes, Faith, Mason & Ben,
Kathryn and I are sending you our thoughts and love from Australia at this difficult time. We sincerely wish we could be with you in person to celebrate Bob's life. Bob was a treasured uncle to me and I will dearly miss his smile and laugh. But through the haze of sadness, the indelible mark Bob left on friends and family is beginning to come clearer into focus. He will be missed and remembered by all who knew him.
With love,
David

Dear Tracy, Rebecca, Ted, Al, Wes, Faith, Mason & Ben, We are so deeply sorry that Uncle Bob has passed. His beautiful smile, soft eyes and gentle ways will be missed by so many. I have spent the last few days going through so many wonderful family photos and memories. It has been comforting to see his life in pictures. Uncle Bob truly was respected and loved by so many. He has left a wonderful legacy in the beautiful family that he created with Aunt Pat. He must have had the most joyous reunion with Aunt Pat, Grandpa Charlie, Grandma Muriel and so many other loved ones, in the presence of the Lord. May his soul rest peacefully now. We will be thinking about you all on Friday during the service, and send our love, hugs, and prayers to you all during this difficult time of saying good-bye for now. Deeply, Dana, Bill, Alex, Ian, Sashie & Rylan (Barbara Brownson-Dengler's daughter)

Dear Tracy and Rebecca
Your Father and Late Mother Pat were both honored members of our Rotary Club and our Rotary Ann's Clubs in Bolton. Your Dad's effort and desire to be with us and share comments , when our Club recognized my 50th year in Rotary ,will always be remembered. Bob was a true Rotarian ,always thinking of others ,putting "Service above Self" May Bob's soul join with Pat's and rest in peace. Thanks for the memories.

Bob: What a beautiful life full of wonderful memories we will forever cherish:
Times spent together at the cottage like chasing THAT BAT that cornered the girls ( Pat and Barb) behind the stove, those amazing sunset boat rides we took on Trout Faraday Lake, the nightly campfires we all shared with the mosquitos and ooooooooooh those delicious BBQ suppers.!!!
Bob and I (Pete) shared a lot of crazy fun adventures at the Birch Lake Hunt Club during the Deer Hunts.:
Like Bob trying to QUIET me while calling him on the two way radios and to the WORLD,that I had just shot my first deer and WHERE, the multitude of hunting stories we all shared after Evening Meal (while relaxing in our Lazy Boy chairs,), those exciting ATV rides through the bush trails on way to our DEER WATCHES, and especially those remarkably encouraging Bible Versus we read together as a group, before each morning Hunt.
What wonderful memories we all can recount of times spent together with Bob that will stay with us forever.

For Uncle Bob..."We Light a Candle
We light a candle for each sunrise and sunset their eyes beheld.
We light a candle for each star that their hearts wished upon.
We light a candle for the tears that spilled out of their eyes in moments of sorrow and moments of sheer awe.
We light a candle for the sound of their laughter echoing still in our hearts.
We light a candle for each cup of coffee, each glass of wine, each meal shared.
We light a candle for the dances.
We light a candle for each fight that was followed by forgiveness.
We light a candle for the lessons they learned and in return shared.
We light a candle for love."
