Obituary of Elaine Bailey
Peacefully, with dignity on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry, at age 91 ¾. Elaine (nee Thompson) beloved wife of the late Neil Bailey of Blackstock. Loving mother of Howard Bailey and his wife Julie of London, and Tara and her husband Terry Taylor of Seagrave. Loved Grandma NeeNee of Bailey and her husband Adam Kalte of Mount Hope, and Great Grandma NeeNee of Griffin. Predeceased by her sisters Marion and her husband Jack Marlow, Eleanor and her husband Neil Werry, and her brother James Thompson. Will be remembered by her nieces and nephews, and long time friend Gordon Paisley and his children Craig and Cathy.
The family of Elaine Bailey will receive extended family and friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 2 - 4 p.m. and Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 1 – 2 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Private interment St. John’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Blackstock.
