MERLIN WALLACE "MORT" WRAY Peacefully, on Friday, April 18, 2003, at the Springdale Country Manor in Peterborough, at age 75. Merlin Wray of Bethany, beloved husband of Katherine (nee Benton) formerly Naish. Loving father of Gordon Wray of Brooklin, Katherine and her husband Dwaine Alsop of Brooklin, Larry Wray of Oshawa, Rick Wray, Russell Wray and Jackie Wray all of Blackstock, and stepfather of Margaret and her husband Lyle McGee of Cavan, Tim Naish and his wife Ann, and Andy Naish and his wife Michelle all of Peterborough. Loved grandfather of Ashleigh Somers, Tristen Alsop, Shannon and David McGee, and Rachel and Victoria Naish. Dear brother of Lois and her husband Nelson Cochrane (deceased), Myrtle (deceased) and her husband Gord Montgomery, Ivan Wray (deceased) and his wife Jennie, Bob Wray (deceased) and his wife Margaret, Everett (deceased) and his wife Velma, Burness and her husband Ron Bryant, and Dennis Wray. Relatives and friends will be received at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry, (905 985-2171) on Wednesday, April 23rd from 10 �" 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Merlin Wray will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Reverend Janet White officiating.
