Obituary of Mary Lila May Clarke

MARY LILA MAY CLARKE Peacefully after a long full life, at her home in Prince Albert, on Friday, September 12, 2003 at age 96. Lila (nee Heayn), beloved wife of the late Reverend Charles Clarke. Loving mother of Helen and her husband Leo Chalifoux, Catherine and her husband Edward Daigle and Fern and her husband Douglas Murray. She will also be missed by grandchildren, great grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Melvin Heayn, William Heayn, and Milton Heayn. Lila assisted her husband Charles, as he served in several united churches over 65 years including White River, Webbwood, Mattawa, Cataraqui, Frankford and Dentonia Park in East York. Lila had a long stand membership in the True Kindred Order and the White Shrine of Jerusalem. Relatives and friends will be received at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry, (905 985-2171) on Sunday from 2 �" 4 and 7 �" 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate the life of Lila Clarke will be held in the Prince Albert United Church on Monday, September 15th at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
