My earliest memories of my Uncle Bob were always accompanied by the scent of fresh hay and groomed horses. I loved the smell of his barn at Coppins Corners and although it housed no horses at the time, it filled my childhood with visions of sleek, spirited creatures that jockeyed for championship wins. It's probably the reason I continue to have horses in my life. As a young adult, I always looked forward to visits with Uncle Bob. He was so literate. So eloquent in his prose. His dialogues always stretched the limits of my mind, and for that, I thank him. There is no one who could have made me prouder to have called, 'my uncle'. God Bless, Dar

To the family of Robert L. Newcomb, We are sorry to hear of your loss. We can feel what you are going through as we were there 1 month ago as well. It is hard to accept at first, but it gets easier. You have your memories to enjoy. Love from your friends in the Valley.
