Obituary of June Gertrude Hankey

JUNE GERTRUDE HANKEY Suddenly, on Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 83. June Hankey, beloved sister of Doreen Pagnuelo of Montreal, and the late Eugene Hankey of Montreal. Dear aunt of Paul Pagnuelo and his wife Marilyn of Pontypool, Suzanne and her husband Scott Walker of Ottawa and Diane and her husband Larry Boyle of Montreal. She will be missed by her cousin Norris "Cubby" Burke of Dorval, Quebec, and her great nieces Stephanie Pagnuelo and Lindsay Walker and her great nephews Geoffrey Walker and Matthew Pagnuelo. The family of June Hankey will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905 985-2171) on Friday, April 9th from 2 �" 4 and 7 �" 9 p.m. A Prayer Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, April 10th at 10 a.m. with Father Peter Lackmanec officiating. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Monica’s Catholic Church, 6405 Terre Bonne Avenue in Montreal on Monday, April 19th at 11 a.m. with Father Bertoli officiating. Interment Cote de Neiges Cemetery, Montreal, Quebec. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Parkinson Society.
